Greenville - Ms. Faye Davidson, 83, was called to her heavenly home on September 20, 2021. She was born on July 18, 1938, to parents Charles “Bud” Carpenter and Goldie (Ames) Carpenter. Barring the exception of a short time in Texas, she spent most of her life as an occupant of the great state of Maine which she most definitely called “home”. Faye is survived by two daughters, Kathi Clark (Ray) of Milton, Florida, and Tracey Borden of Sangerville, Maine; two brothers, Stanley “Bill” Carpenter of Abbot, Maine, and Wayne (Linda) Carpenter of Greenville, Maine; one sister, Lynn (Bill) Giroux of Shirley, Maine; special sister-in-law, Cheryl Carpenter; nine granddaughters, Trish (Robert) Stewart of Cambridge, Maine, Sabrina Moore of Charleston, West Virginia, Christina Gray of Corinna, Maine, Jamie Johnson (Zach) of Milton, Florida, Kayla Shumaker of Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, Taylor Clark of Milton, Florida, Sashia Gentry of Milton, Florida, Emily Gentry, USN, and Shauna Norton; four grandsons, Cody Clark of Milton, Florida, Frederick Davidson of Milo, Maine, Shawn Nick of Milo, Maine, and Ayden Maxwell, USN; eighteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Frederick Davidson; one son, Shawn Davidson; two brothers, Carl Carpenter and Cecil Carpenter; and one great-grandson Ethen Davidson Gould. We (Tracey and Kathi) would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to our Aunt Linda for her love and devoted care of our mom during her final season.
