Obituary of Paul Paydos

Please share a memory of Paul to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Dover-Foxcroft - Paul Paydos, 69, died September 17, 2021, after a short battle with cancer. Paul was well known in the textile industry having spent 36 years in the business retiring at age 58 from True Textiles as Sr. VP of Manufacturing. He traveled the world for business but his best times were spent traveling with his family throughout the US and international destinations. You could always find Paul in his den, drinking beer, talking politics with his cat nearby. His family was his world and he hoped to survive long enough to see his first grandchildren, both expected in December. Paul is survived by his loving family: his wife of 39 years, Christine; his daughter, Kayla Dunphe and her husband, Stephen; his son, Connor and his wife, Kelsey; his mother Stephanie Paydos; his sister, Patricia Crevier and her husband, Donald; brothers-in-law: Denis (Lisa), Andrew (Alice), Sean (Margaret), Thomas (Kazumi); mother-in-law, Chloe Moriarty; and several nieces, nephews, and many friends. He was predeceased by his father, Stephen, and his brother, Stephen. A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held in Spring 2022. The family wishes to thank CHCS Hospice for the wonderful care they provided for Paul. Memorial donations may be made to Community Health and Counseling Services, 1093 W. Main Street, Dover-Foxcroft, ME 04426, or to the Dover-Foxcroft Area Food Cupboard, 76 North Street, Dover-Foxcroft, ME 04426. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home.
