Our sincere condolences to Jane and Family. I’ve known Phil for 63 years meeting on the USS Midway CVA 41 in 1958. We worked next to each other for 2 1/2 years in the Personnel Office. Working, eating chow, sharing berthing compartments, going on liberty together shows our dedicated friendship. Being asked to be his best man when married was a honor. His phone calls I will truly miss. Rest In Peace My Friend!
