Harmony – Donna M. Woodard, 76, passed away July 27, 2021, at her home. She was born November 24, 1944, in Harmony, the daughter of Melvin and Lucille (Sprague) Lake. Donna had worked for many years at Puritan Medical in Guilford. She enjoyed cooking, listening to music, camping, and collecting pigs. She was devoted to her family. She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Sheldon L. Woodard; a sister, Margaret McCue; and a grandson, Derreck Bard Donna is survived by a son, Stanley M. Woodard; three daughters, Lou-Ann Burgess, Shelley Bard, Michelle Merrill; two brothers, Hartley Lake and George Sprague; a sister, Priscilla Drisco, six grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. A graveside memorial service for both Donna and Sheldon will be conducted 1:00 pm Monday, August 9, 2021, at Lawn Cemetery, Guilford, with Pastor Phil McLaughlin officiating.
