Obituary of Jeffrey Willey, Jr.



Sangerville- Jeffrey J. Willey, Jr., 44, died unexpectedly February 9, 2018, in Corinna.  He was born January 27, 1974, in Dover-Foxcroft, the son of Jeffrey and Kathy (St. Louis) Willey, Sr.  Jeff attended P.C.H.S., Class of 1992, as well as Washington County Technical College in Calais.  He was an avid hunter, and enjoyed snowmobiling and grooming trails.  Jeff loved going to the Ebeemee family camp and spending time with his children. He was a 20 year member of the Sangerville Fire Department, currently serving as Assistant Chief. Jeff was currently working as a heavy equipment operator and truck driver for R.A. Paradis and Son Inc. in Newport.


In addition to his parents of Sangerville, Jeff is survived by his daughters, Caitlin Willey and her fiancé, Bailey, Madison Willey of Bath, and Daisy Willey of Dover-Foxcroft; his brother Peter Willey and his wife, Sarah, and their children Taylor and Tyler, all of Florida; maternal grandmother, Lorraine “Chick” Willey; his loving girlfriend, Mandi Paradis and her son, Owen; his step children, Bobbie-Lynne and Brookie Chambers, Chelsie Crane and her husband, Andrew, Nate Chambers and his wife, Michia, and Mackenzie Downs; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his son, Jason Willey; sister, Shannon Willey; maternal grandparents, Frances and Vivian St. Louis; paternal grandfather, John Willey, Jr.; Uncle Ronny St. Louis; and cousin, Andrew St. Louis.


Visiting hours for family and friends will be held 6-8PM Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at the Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft, where funeral services will be held 11AM Wednesday, February 14, 2018, with Pastor Ray Beless officiating. Following the service, a reception will be held at the Sangerville Fire Department. Interment will be in the spring.
