Parkman – Carlton G. Sandy, 76, passed away peacefully April 25, 2026, at his son’s home in Parkman. He was born August 8, 1949, in Greenville, the son of George and Marion (Jacobson) Sandy. Carlton worked many years as a boat mechanic for Tim Merrill & Co. in Dover-Foxcroft. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

Carlton is survived by his son, Keith Sandy; daughter, Joanna Sandy; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family members and friends. He was predeceased by his parents and sister.
