Randy Lee Tozier Obituary

Atkinson – Randy Lee Tozier, 60, passed away suddenly Sunday, February 15, 2026, at his home after spending a great weekend ice-fishing with friends and family. He was born April 18, 1965, in Bangor, the son of Sheila D. (Tilton) and Elden L. Tozier.


Randy enjoyed hunting, fishing and ice-fishing, snowmobiling, going in his boat, vacations with Dixie & The Rideouts’, hosting the yearly Super Bowl party and spending time with his family and friends. Randy was especially proud of his daughter Emily and his pride and joy, granddaughter Layla. He loved spending time with Layla and always shared their adventures with a big smile. Randy worked for various Auto Parts companies over the years. He was fortunate to retire early from Advanced Auto in Dover-Foxcroft. Randy was a loving husband, father, “Gramps”, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.


Randy is survived by his wife and the love of his life, Dixie (Monahan) Tozier; daughter, Emily Monahan and her significant other, Tyler Pearl; granddaughter, Layla Pearl; sister, Angel Sawyer and her husband, Tom; parents-in-law, Cheryl and David “Duffy” Monahan; brother-in-law, David Monahan and his significant other, Karista Zwicker; sister-in-law, Ashley Monahan; aunts, Sandra McGonagle and her husband, John, and Sherry Lucia and her husband, Ed; uncle, Bruce Tilton and his wife, Bonnie; nieces and nephews, Matthew Sawyer and his wife, Kayla, and Willow and Landyn Monahan; and several special friends and extended family members. He was predeceased by his father, Elden Tozier; and his mother and stepfather, Sheila and Thomas Stephenson.


A celebration of life will be held in the spring, with the location and date to be determined. Burial will be in the North Atkinson Cemetery, Atkinson. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
