Amy Parker-Cioffi, born April 18, 1968, passed away on January 4, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Amy was known for her kindness and her one-of-a-kind, outspoken personality. She spoke her truth with honesty and heart, and her presence left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her strength, warmth, and authenticity will be deeply missed.
Amy is survived by her mother, Lucille Parker; her loving husband, John Cioffi; her beloved daughter, Brianna Parker; her sisters, Vicki Parker-Procopio, Monica Moran, and Valerie Woodfall; her brothers-in-law, Salvatore Procopio, Michael Moran, and David Woodfall; and her nieces and nephews, Sean Woodfall, Alanna Woodfall, Michael Moran, and Megan Moran. She was preceded in death by her father, Allen Parker.
In accordance with Amy’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. Burial will be in the Corinthian Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held in the spring, with details to be shared at a later time.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Brewer Center for Health and Rehabilitation for their dedication, kindness, and compassion shown to Amy throughout her care.
