Dover-Foxcroft – Michael Scott Pratt, 55, passed away December 8, 2025. He was born March 4, 1970, in Dover-Foxcroft, the son of Stephen H. Pratt and Carolyn (Johndro) Philbrick.
Mike really loved his boys beyond measure and was extremely proud of them and his grandchildren. He really enjoyed spending time out to the family camp on Sebec Lake, and loved fishing and hunting. He enjoyed hanging out with family and friends causing everybody lots of laughter and you can't forget his famous line, "What's up, Bub?". He will be sadly missed by his wife and best friend, whom he affectionately called "Mothah" and everyone else that knew and loved him. Mike spent many years working at Thayer Parkway where he developed special relationships with many people.
Mike is survived by his wife, Michelle Whitten Pratt; mother, Carolyn Philbrick and his loving step-father, Chuck; two sons, Dylan Pratt and his wife, Morgan, and Nick Pratt; three grandchildren, Peyton, Hazel, and Fern; brother, Brian Pratt and his wife, Betsy and their children; three step-children, Tiffany, Derek, and Jeremy Herbest; four step-grandchildren, Gabriella, Destiny, Dominick, and Jaxon; special cousins, Sally, Rick, TJ, Julie, and Chad; aunt, Maggie and her children; so many special friends (you know who you are); and many beloved extended family members and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Stephen Pratt; special aunt, Sylvia; and his cousin, TJ, with whom he had a very special relationship and brotherly bond.
Memorial visitations will be held 5-7PM Thursday, December 18, 2025, at the Lary Funeral Home, 62 Summer Street, Dover-Foxcroft. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
