Dover-Foxcroft and LaGrange - Norma E. Spencer, 90, wife of the late Bartlett Spencer, passed away October 9, 2025, at Hilltop Manor in Dover-Foxcroft. She was born April 6, 1935, in Howland, the daughter of Miles and Ione (Freese) Lufkin. A committal service will be held 11AM Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the Hillcrest Cemetery in LaGrange.
