Guilford – Brian A. Yonkin, 58, passed away suddenly August 5, 2025. He was born December 12, 1966, in Dover-Foxcroft, the son of Maurice L. and Louise M. (Fogg) Yonkin. Brian was a master carpenter and really enjoyed fishing and spending time with his twin brother, Bruce; the two were inseparable. He will be remembered as one who loved to help others and he was always willing to lend a hand at a time of need.
Brian is survived by his three brothers, Morry Yonkin, Larry McAfee and his wife, Kathleen, and Frederick McAfee and his wife, Joan; his sister, Charlotte Milton; six nieces and nephews, Cassie Yonkin, Dustin Yonkin, Joseph Grunin, Eric McAfee, Dawn Wark, and Ryan McAfee; special great-nieces and great-nephews, Skylee and Summer Yonkin, Declan McAfee, Todd and Ashley Wark, Chase Paul, Lennon McAfee, and Robin and Julie McAfee; and a special cousin, Danny McFadden. He was predeceased by his parents; brother, Bruce Yonkin; and nephew, Matthew McAfee.
There will not be any services at this time. Burial will be in the Greenville Cemetery.
