Guilford- Bonnie (Dyer) Church, 62, passed away peacefully July 6, 2025, after a long battle with cancer. She was born August 2, 1962, in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. She was the daughter of Gerald Dyer and Sara (Bouley) Dyer.
Bonnie was an accomplished horse rider and trainer. She earned many barrel racing trophies. She was a retired cook and loved baking and cooking. She loved her solitude and enjoyed reading books and playing on her tablet. Her flower gardens were a great source of pride. She was a caring and compassionate person that made everyone feel at ease.
Bonnie is survived by her husband of 21 years, “the love of her life” Russell Church; her mother, Sara Dyer of Dover- Foxcroft; sister, Cara and her husband, Dan Conner of Bowerbank; a dear friend, Marlene Greenlaw; and 2 special “sisters”, Bette Carson and Donna Harmon. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews and extended family members and friends. She leaves behind 2 beloved pets, her dog Iris, and cat Daisy.
There will be a celebration of life held 1PM Saturday, on her birthday, August 2, at her home on the Sebec Shores Road in Guilford.
