Obituary of Micheal Ross Robinson

Charleston – Micheal Ross Robinson, 82, went to be with the Lord, surrounded by loved ones on June 27, 2025. Micheal was born April 23, 1943, in Fort Fairfield to Perley and Myrtle (Henderson) Robinson. He built a life rooted in love, hard work, and devotion to his family. Known for his kindness, sense of humor, work eithic, and generosity, he touched the lives of all who knew him. Family was everything to Micheal. Over the years, he worked in mills at Thomas Farms and in the woods with his son, making a living with his hands and a strong work ethic. Some of his proudest moments were spent in the woods and on the water, passing down his love for hunting and fishing to his son and grandchildren. Whether it was tracking a deer or moose in the fall or reeling in a big catch, those memories became traditions that will live on for generations. Micheal’s greatest successes were not just the trophies on the wall, but the time spent teaching, laughing, playing cribbage, and sharing stories with his family. Micheal’s warm wisdom and steady presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Evelyn (Bearce) of Ripley. Together they raised a beautiful family, whom he built two homes for. He was the proud father of six children; Aimee and spouse, Gene Day, Angie and spouse, Ken Murray, Angel and spouse, John Byron, April and spouse, Michael Marvin, Michael and favorite daughter-in-law, Sara Robinson, and Anissa and fiancé, Chad Maxell. His legacy continues through his 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, all who brought him immense pride and joy. Micheal also leaves behind his sisters, Verla Lucas, Marline Nightingale, and Gloria Brooks; brother, Dale Robinson; his church family; and many friends. He was predeceased by his parents; sister, Connie Martin; brother, Gene Robinson; along with other family members and friends. A graveside memorial service will be held 10AM on July 26, 2025, at the Evergreen Cemetery, Garland. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Garland Community Baptist Church, P.O. Box 76, Garland, ME 04939. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Memories and messages of condolence may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com
