Phyllis D. Currier Obituary

Dover-Foxcroft – Phyllis D. Currier, 99, passed away peacefully June 1, 2025, at Westgate Manor in Bangor. She was born March 6, 1926, in Bangor, the daughter of Edward and Bertha (Bickmore) Brideau.


Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, Clarence; daughter, Carolyn Shaw; son, Edward Currier; and brother, Donald Brideau; and sisters, Marion Jewett, Florence Newell, and Bernice Linnell; . She is survived by her sons, Irving William, Alfred Currier, and John Currier; daughter, Gloria Knowlton; special friends, Pauline Colpitts and Lilly Weatherbee; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother in law, Gregory Currier and his wife, Bernice.


A graveside service will be held 2PM Friday, June 6, 2025, at the Pingree Center Cemetery, in Parkman. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
