Dover-Foxcroft- Lawrence “Larry” B. Fowles, 76, passed away on April 11, 2025, at Hilltop Manor, Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. Larry was born on March 14, 1949 in Dover-Foxcroft, the son of Betty B. and Arthur D. Fowles.

Larry was loved and adored by so many in the communities of Dover-Foxcroft, Milo, Brownville and many more. He was always finding ways to crack jokes and make the ones he loved laugh. He loved to watch Yellowstone and would talk with anyone about the show. He loved going to family gatherings and spending time with his loved ones. Larry also loved hunting and fishing in his younger years.

Larry is survived by his son, Anthony Fowles; sisters, Jana Peters and partner, Leo, and Kristin Goddard; brothers, Russell Fowles and partner, BJ, and Richard Fowles and his wife, Diana. He is also survived by grandchildren, Shelby Hunt and her husband, Forrest, Sydney Fowles, Caiden Fowles, and Logan Fowles. He was predeceased by his son, Shane Fowles and his parents.

A memorial gathering will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, May 18, 2025 at the American Legion, 18 W. Main Street, Milo, ME 04463.
