Therese "Terry" Rose (Lacerte) Bouchard, 90, formerly of Goffstown, NH, died peacefully at her home on April 1, 2025, after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Manchester, NH, on January 1, 1935, the daughter of the late Herve and Irene "Violet" (Lacourse) Lacerte Sr. She was the widow of Andre P. Bouchard. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Herve Lacerte Jr. and Richard Lacerte; and by three sisters, Janet Lacerte, Doris Decato, Constance "Connie" Laperle; and a great-grandchild, Abby Leigh. Terry lived in Manchester and Goffstown, NH, for many years before retiring to Milo, Maine, where she enjoyed living by the river and tending to her beautiful flower gardens. She always welcomed guests to stay and play card games while enjoying a glass of wine. She loved all her animals, especially her cat Pretty Boy who kept her company after Andy's passing. Terry was a self-employed hairdresser for many years while raising four children. She volunteered her time taking care of cats at PAWS and was a member of The Garden Club, both in Milo. She leaves behind three daughters, Denise Montminy and her husband, David, of New Boston, NH, Doreen Santos and fiancé, George Turner, of Auburn, NH, and Donna Peirce and her husband, Clete, of NH and FL. She also leaves behind a son, Paul Bouchard of Milo; and seven grandchildren, Shawna Bouchard and her fiancé, Ben, of North Kingston, RI, Jonathan Santos and his partner, Katelyn, Kory Santos and his partner, Veronica, Lauren Montminy and her fiancé, David all, of Manchester, NH, Joseph Montminy of New Boston, NH, Paul Bouchard Jr. and his wife, Ashley, of Norton, MA, and Sara (Peirce) Pelletier and her husband, Jordan, of Kennebunk ME. Also, ten great-grandchildren, and soon to be twin great-grandbabies (boy and girl). She has three brothers, Normand Lacerte of Manchester, NH, Roger Lacerte of Manchester, NH, and Armand Lacerte of Goffstown, NH; three sisters, Priscilla Abdelnaby of CA, Suzanne Turgeon of Weare, NH, and Patricia Russell of Manchester, NH; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services are planned for the spring and will be announced at a later date. Her burial will be at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Manchester, NH.
