Obituary of Jennifer N. Jay
Sangerville – Jennifer N. Jay, 41, passed away March 18, 2025, at her home. She was born June 30, 1983, in Big Springs, Texas, to Jason Frye and Rhonda Kelley.
Jennifer started her wedding business from the ground up owning the wedding venue, The Timber Hitch Farmhouse. She loved helping people plan their special day and operating the venue. Jennifer worked tirelessly on her business day in and day out but always made time for her kids. She loved to remodel the space in the farmhouse. In some of her spare time she enjoyed hunting and simply being outdoors, but perhaps what she loved most was spending time with the close friends she had made in the area.
Jennifer is survived by her children, Ashton, Elijah, and Harlow; father, Jason Frye and his wife, Pamela; brother, Alec Frye; and sister, Jessica Womack. She was predeceased by her son, Cooper.
A private service will be held for the family and close friends. A committal service will be held 11AM Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the Knowlton’s Mills Cemetery, Sangerville, and a celebration of Jen’s life will be held after. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
Loved by so many, and lost much too soon. A piece of my heart is gone without you, where all of our memories shall be kept and never to be forgotten. May you now be at peace, and that I may make you proud. I love you, always. –Ashton
