James W. Moffett, 94, passed away May 25, 2017, at Mayo Regional Hospital. He was born on June 4,1922, in Newark, New Jersey. Jim was a resident of Dover-Foxcroft for 23 years.
He was predeceased by his wife of 60 years, Violet, on December 22, 2016.
